Frequently Asked Questions

Is pet sitting good for a pet?
Yes - pet sitting is good for the majority of pets. It can help improve your pet’s quality of life in several different ways including:
  • Plenty of mental stimulation and exercise
  • An outlet for excessive energy and remaining active
  • Reduced levels of separation anxiety

There might be some cases where pet sitting may not be the best idea such as if your pet is very reactive (which is common among pets rescued from abusive owners). If your pet struggles with aggression or any other issues, let us know and we can discuss different options.

Are you certified?
Yes. Pet sitters International. http://www.petsit.com
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, Business Insurers of the Carolinas.
Will I get updates from my sitter?
Yes, updates and pictures can be sent as frequently as every visit. This will be discuseed at your meet and greet.
Do you have any breed restrictions?
Nope, we do not discriminat. We love all animals of all sizes. All behaviors will be discussed at the meet and greet.
How can I know if my dog likes pet care?
When you will return home from being away, they will be happy, tired, and ready to see you. In most cases after the second visit, your pet will pull you to the door, have their tail wagging, and be excited to see the staff.
